ARIS card

ASTARTE offers two types of client cards. Please familiarize below with functions of each card to choose and apply the most suitable one for you or your company:

Customer’s card is intended both for natural and legal persons and it allows receiving a discount on every litre of fuel and vehicle gas purchased in all fuel stations of ASTARTE.
Customer card’s advantages:

Permanent discount of 2,8* Euro cents on fuel and vehicle gas;
5,0 Euro cent discounts during the promotion campaigns and holidays;
10% discount for coffee and hot drinks;
discounts on dishes prepared by ASTARTES
Transactions both in cash and with a bank card;
Requisites specified by the customer in the receipt from the cash register.

The card can be obtained FREE OF CHARGE at any ASTARTE fuel station by filling out the application questionnaire or application form at the website of ASTARTE.
* Minimal discount depending on the volume of fuel consumed/bought per month.

Providing specific information to the controller is not mandatory, but it is a prerequisite for receiving a customer card and using bonuses. The duration of storage of personal data is until revocation of the data subject's consent or until the case specified in clause 8 of the Terms of Use (prolonged non-use of the card).

SIA „ASTARTE-NAFTA” Customer card (Card), made by SIA „ASTARTE-NAFTA” and entitling the user to receive discounts and other advantages, when purchasing fuel and receiving services at SIA „ASTARTE-NAFTA” gas stations.
In order to receive SIA „ASTARTE-NAFTA” Card, you must fill out an application for the Card according to the requirements laid down by SIA „ASTARTE-NAFTA”.
You can fill out the application for the Card at any gas station of SIA „ASTARTE-NAFTA” or on its website www.astarte.lv.
When filling out the application for the Card the card user is responsible for accuracy of data provided.
The Card is issued free of charge.
Once the Card is ready, you can receive it at SIA „ASTARE-NAFTA“ gas station by presenting an ID document or it is sent by post to the address indicated in the application.
SIA „ASTARTE-NAFTA“ ensures that Card user’s requisites are printed on a cash receipt, if the user has stated his or her consent in the application.
If the Card user does not use his or her Card for more than 25 (twenty-five) years, the Card is blocked, and all personal data of the Card user are deleted. In order to repeatedly receive the Card, you must fill out a new application for the Card.
Card user receives discounts only if he or she presents the Card of SIA „ASTARTE-NAFTA“ before making a payment for products or services.
SIA „ASTARTE-NAFTA” reserves a right to determine those gas stations SIA „ASTARTE-NAFTA” where the Card user can receive discounts on products and services. SIA „ASTARTE-NAFTA” may grant or change the discount levels for each Card user without a prior notice, as they make payments for various products and services in different points of sale and at various times. The discounts do not sum up.
SIA „ASTARTE-NAFTA” reserves a right to terminate the programme of SIA „ASTARTE-NAFTA” Card at any time without a prior notice.
SIA „ASTARTE-NAFTA” Card is a property of SIA „ASTARTE-NAFTA”.
The Card users will receive discounts only for payments made in a valid currency. SIA „ASTARTE-NAFTA” reserves a right to refuse applying a discount to the Card user, if there are justified reasons to believe that these discounts are received dishonestly.
SIA „ASTARTE-NAFTA” Card can be used to pay both in cash and bank card.
SIA „ASTARTE-NAFTA” reserves a right to change terms and conditions of use of SIA „ASTARTE-NAFTA” Card, as the case may be, without a prior notice to the Card user.
If your Card of SIA „ASTARTE-NAFTA“ is damaged, stolen or lost, immediately contact SIA „ASTARTE-NAFTA“ Sales Department by phone +371 63020006 and specify the card number, name of the user or name of company in case of a legal person.
Lost cards are renewed without charging an additional fee.

ARIS card

Company “ARIS” has developed as a powerful and ablebodied structure that has obtained recognition among international forwarders. Petrol stations (PS) offered by “ARIS” are located in the territories of 2 European and Asian countries. In Eastern Europe the company “ARIS” has its own PS that are united in an advantage chain where the fuel filling is offered at a special price. The Company works continuously at extension and improvement of ARIS fuel filling chain. ARIS chain was made with the aim to provide fuel filling for the vehicles of international forwarding companies by means of ARIS payment card. When filling the fuel with ARIS card, clients have a possibility to pay for the fuel and other services by clearings.

“ARIS” payment card allows waiving using cash when being on the way and card is services only through electronic terminals. Dispatcher service of ARIS chain allows blocking the card in emergency situations by means of SMS notifications. Most part of PS in ARIS chain are equipped with guarded parking places, modern car services, saunas, shops, currency exchange offices and international communications. Services of “ARIS” chain are used by forwarders in more than twenty European and Asian countries for more than 18 years.

With ARIS card the clients are offered:
– a possibility to fill fuel on the main roads from China to Portugal by means of a unified card;
– fuel filling in commercial trucks and busses with a clearing;
– wide selection of qualitative fuel depending on the weather conditions;
– individual discounts for each client in the advantage chain and prices that don’t exceed the prices in PS;
– 24-hours helpline for informative support of divers;
– operative information online on fillings of client vehicles and prices in PS;
– possibility to pay with ARIS card for road charges in the trace M1/E30;
– possibility to pay for PS services.
